Hi, I'm Kayla, founder of Rooted Digital Agency.
I help businesses build a stronger digital foundation, whether that means starting completely from scratch, or fixing a website that's been quietly costing you customers for years.

My Story
I started Rooted Digital Agency because I kept running into the same problem, over and over: talented, hardworking business owners (roofers, electricians, restaurant owners, med spa operators) doing genuinely excellent work, while their website told a completely different story. Slow. Outdated. Confusing. Sometimes barely functional on a phone.
That gap bothered me. A website is often the very first conversation a customer has with a business, and too many good businesses were losing that conversation before it even started, not because their work wasn't good enough, but because nobody had built them a website that matched it.
So I started building those websites myself, and that hands-on approach is still at the core of how Rooted Digital Agency works. No call centers, no outsourced developers you never talk to, no getting handed off to someone new halfway through. You work directly with someone who sweats the details most people skip: how a page loads on a job site with bad signal, whether a contact form actually reaches you, whether Google can even find you in the first place.
That's still how I work today, and it's the standard I'll hold to as this grows. If I ever bring on help, it'll be people who care about those same details, not a support queue. I personally oversee every project that comes through this site. If something isn't right, you can always tell me directly.
I want your business to succeed as much as you do. — Kayla

My Values
Attention to Detail
The difference between a site that looks fine and one that builds trust is almost always in the details, the ones I refuse to skip.
Quality
Every website and strategy is held to a standard I'd be proud to put my own name on, because I do.
Transparency
Clear pricing, clear timelines, and honest answers, including when something isn't going to work.
Growth
Every decision gets measured against one question: does this actually help your business grow?
Partnership
I'm not interested in a one-off project. I want to still be the person you call next year.
